It can be powerful when students create representations of their understanding using whiteboarding and screencasting. It has been up to teachers and other educational leaders to create the program and experiences within to support this form of multimodal expression. Next, we can consider new opportunities that are created when we allow them to break out of “traditional” 2-dimensional digital spaces. This interactive session will explore the intersection of whiteboarding, screencasting, and virtual environments.
